Jon and Rachel Meigs are the owners and operators of Scotch Hill Brewing Co. in Fair Haven, Vermont. After more than 15 years of working in the medical field, both Jon and Rachel decided to try their hand at entrepreneurship. Together, they took Jon’s love of craft brewing and Rachel’s passion for historic preservation, and created Scotch Hill Brewing Co. in their historic downtown building. From its inception, it took 5 long years to plan and implement the brewery and restore the interior of the building. During that time they created a beautiful, cozy space that welcomes patrons to sit, relax, drink great beer, eat amazing food and connect with those around them.

Our craft beer is brewed on site. We offer six unique beers on tap at all times. They change often, especially with the seasons. Beer flights and growlers are available too! We also welcome you to come and take a look at our brewhouse!
